My room was really spacious and tidy, with a nice big bed and a clean bathroom 💁🏻‍♂️.

The rooms, although small and without windows, are spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful, although not all of them speak fluent English. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to public transportation and a wide range of dining and shopping options just steps away.

With a mix of Western options, it caters to every palate.

The beds were firm and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city. Despite the small size of the room, it was well-equipped with a coffee and tea-making facilities, as well as a small fridge. The bathroom was spacious and had a wonderful shower area with a bidet. I also appreciated the availability of YouTube for news updates. I had a wonderful stay at Richmond Hotel in Fukuoka and would highly recommend it to others visiting the city.

The hotel's location near the Tenjin Underground walking street, in the underground mall, and to the Tenjin underground mall is convenient for shopping and sightseeing. the rooms are well-maintained, and the housekeeping staff is attentive. the breakfast buffet offers a good variety of fresh items. the staff is willing to assist even when English is not their first language.

Some English-speaking guests may find it challenging to communicate with some staff members who are not fluent in English.

During my Christmas stay, the hotel offered free sachets of skincare products, along with nice toiletries in the spacious room. the location was perfect, with a variety of department stores, including Don Quixote, easily accessible. there were a lot of drugstores nearby, which I appreciated. Lastly, the breakfast was good.

The hotel was located in a very convenient area, with a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. I also enjoyed the fact that there was a car rental across the street, which made moving around the city easier. The room was very clean and tidied up every day, which I appreciated.

Moreover, it's close to pretty much everything, including the busy street, making it an ideal location to stay.
